These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services provided by DJSlimjim Mobile Entertainment (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, visiting our website, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 10 days before your event.
Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit card, PayPal, cash, if you need to talk to me about how to make the payment reach out.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel your booking, your deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may require payment of the full remaining balance.
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid, including the deposit.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate event details (date, time, venue, contact information).
The client must ensure the venue has adequate space, power supply, and internet access (if required).
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the event.

4. Performance & Equipment

We will provide professional sound, lighting, and DJ and MC services as agreed upon.
We are not liable for interruptions caused by venue power failures, weather conditions, or restrictions outside our control.
Clients are expected to treat our equipment with respect; any damages caused by guests may result in additional charges.

5. Music Requests

Clients may submit song requests in advance, using the client portal that will be provided once the deposit for your event is paid. While we do our best to honor all requests, we reserve the right to adjust selections to maintain flow and appropriateness.
We do not guarantee the availability of every requested song.

6. Liability

DJ Slimjim Mobile Entertainment is not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents that occur during your event.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, illness, government restrictions, etc.).

8. Use of Photos & Videos

We may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for media of your event to be used, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website for unlawful purposes.
All content on our site (logos, text, media) is the property of DJ Slimjim Mobile Entertainment and may not be reproduced without permission.
DJ Slimjim Mobile Entertainment will not sell or redistribute your information (including Name, Phone Number or Email address) to anyone without prior consent from you

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
